* Don’t abuse the Shoutbox...
The ShoutBox is provided to allow members to make announcements or quickly communicate with each other. It is not intended to be a means of chat.

* If you wish to have a lengthy conversation with someone, please use the Ym/IM, Msn, ICQ or any Kind of chat messenger or room or use the private message feature.

* Avoid or do not “spam” the box, multiple, useless, or senseless shouts are not allowed. like seriously childish shouts are annoying for the rest of our members.

* No advertising allowed of any Kind, do not use the Shoutbox to promote other forum sites or (your own website).

* Be kind and respective to others, no harrasing of members... offensive or rude language., Try to refrain from lashing back at a poorly behaving member or participating in a flame war; instead, notify the message board's staff of the event.

* Posting of huge images or pornographic materials and any website links is not allowed and strictly prohibited.

Please be aware that anyone who abuses the ShoutBox in the ways listed above will be banned in accordance to the violation.

These guidelines are not meant to stifle the fun of the ShoutBox, but only to discourage abusive or annoying behavior. So please don’t let this intimidate you or prevent you from using it in a responsible manner.

Do Not steal Kaliveedus Credit in any way. If it is a Page, Movie file, Mp3 file, Video File or any other Ideas of Kaliveedu members. No one is allowed to copy the hard work .

1) No spamming, advertising or linking to commercial sites of any kind: No external links to other websites such as movie forums, mp3 forums, newsletters, referrer based compensation, adult or commercial sites.

This is a civilized site populated with experienced members, we do not tolerate:

If you really feel like you want to start a new thread, you must contact the original thread starter and ask them for permission. If they say yes, forward that PM to a mod and you can start a new one! If you cannot contact them, use shoutbox and ASK for permission to start a new thread.

2) Harassment & Bashing: Kaliveedu members are not permitted to harass or bash other members. Please do not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Please note that this also includes the posting of taunts on a forum solely for the purpose of demeaning that forum's topic and/or members.

2.1) Inappropriate Language, Insults and Bickering: There is nothing wrong with have a difference of opinions, but if you are unable to express yourself using the linguistic skills of an adult you will be banned. If you have an opinion contrary to majority of other investors about a specific security, state your case and leave them be. The use of inappropriate, offensive language or language substitutions are not permitted on Kaliveedu.com. Inappropriate or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any language or content that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive or abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or that contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. We ask that you please be considerate to other members in the forums when posting your messages. HSM is a place that is friendly to members of all ages and that parents know is safe for kids. We will not allow linking, mention or reference to any website or organization that contains any of the aforementioned objectionable content. Any posts or links made to websites containing such will be removed and you will be banned without warning.

3) No dual aliases. The Forum Admin can see your IP address with every post you make. An IP address identifies your computer and internet service provider. If you suffer from a multiple personality disorder, please provide us with a doctors note, or face a permanent ban.

Banning - Kaliveedu.com may terminate your membership if you breach or violate the rules or TOS. If the situation warrants a time out, a temporary ban will be imposed ranging from 1 to 365 days depending on the offense.
